RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your order we are happy to offer full-refunds and exchanges on items returned to us 7 days from receipt. Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and additional hang tags.

We may not accept returned items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered in any way.

How to return or exchange an item

Please send an email to ShopNadisNewYork@outlook.com for authorization and instructions.
If you would like to exchange something include the product, size, and color so we can check its availability and set it aside.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs on returned items.

On returns make sure the words “Returns Department” are visibly displayed on the outside of the package. We will not be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Nadis New York will not be held responsible for damaged or lost packages on return service unless there is proof of its delivery to Nadis New York.

Exchanges for different items

When you exchange an item for a completely different product of greater or lesser value the difference will either be billed or refunded to the original form of payment.

Please notify us at ShopNadisNewYork@outlook.com of your return and include information about the item you would like in exchange. That way we can check on stock and set it aside. Due to limited quantities we cannot guarantee stock on any product.

Processing returns and exchanges

We aim to process your return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order. Delays may occur during the holiday season due to high volumes of sales. We will send a confirmation email once your refund or rebill has been processed by us. Depending on your card issuer it may take up to 72 hours after we process your request to post your account.
